SALMET expands world-wide teams

Due to the continually growth of our sales we decided last months to actively expand our expertise within the different teams around the world. With this new appointments we are able to continue growth and strengthen our positioning into the world wide poultry market.

New sales managers for Latin America, US & Canada
The sales team in Latin America has been expanded with 2 new colleagues who will work closely with the Regional Business Manager team in the field.

Alfredo Bermudez
Alfredo is a Chilean veterinarian graduated from the University of Chile with a Diploma in operations management from University Adolfo Ibañez. With more than 10 years of work experience in the Poultry Industry, working in different areas such as Research & Diagnosis, Technical Sales and Production manager he understands the Poultry Business from all its points of view.

Fabián López Muñoz 
Fabián is a veterinarian and zootechnic specialist in Poultry. He is living in Colombia and is active in the poultry field since 13 years. He has worked for Fenavi, the Colombian Avicola Federation for Avicola Colombiana specifically with genetics Hy Line Brown, as a technician and commercial area and for Cargill in nutrition and technical support.

Rick Knauer
Rick Knauer, has joined the team of Salmet’s Regional Business Managers per May 1st. Rick will be responsible for Salmet’s sales in the USA and Canada and will be working from his office in Pennsylvania, USA. Rick offers a 30 years’ experience in selling and installing poultry and swine equipment for various well-known suppliers and will soon further be introduced.

Salmet Asia
Under supervision of Henri Bonestroo the Asia team is expanded with 2 supervisors and 1 electrical engineer. Albininque Villaraza and Paul Christian S. Bernal have both several years of experience installing and supervising poultry equipment and got the expertise in the field of mechanical and electrical installations, controllers and ventilation.

Francis Anthony J. Ribu ha started as electrical engineer for Salmet’s automation department, located in Manila and managed from Germany.
